The equipment has been improved and the lamination process has been regulated, which makes it possible to improve the quality of creating combinations using thin polyethylene.
In the process of creating material combinations, it is important that all the components of the laminating machine are very well tuned. Otherwise, uneven tension may occur in the layers, which leads to unacceptable twisting of the finished package. This can be especially pronounced in compositions containing thin films that are susceptible to slight stretching.
